CSPI is doing excellent evidence-based work in showing us how to eat well, eat less, get off our asses and walk more, optimize health through good nutrition, and play a practical and responsible role in affecting public policy issues related to obvious offenders like salt and sugar, too much food and too little exercise. Limit: clearly addressed to intelligent Americans who have plenty of choices about what and how much they eat, not to those children and adults elsewhere in the world dying of starvation.
